Dear BOMA New York Members, 
 
As we head into the holiday season, I am pleased to highlight the many new and exciting initiatives BOMA NY has for the upcoming year. The first being the completion of our long-range strategic plan, which will work to ensure we continue to promote programs and services to our members, while serving as a go-to resource for the NYC real estate industry. To assist us in meeting the goals highlighted in our strategic plan, we are pleased to announce that we have retained The Berman Group as our public relations and marketing team, led by President Sarah Berman.
 
With the help of The Berman Group, we have already implemented new branding and enhanced our marketing campaigns. We have adopted a new logo to complement BOMA International's brand and are in the process of designing an updated, dynamic and interactive website for our members. We have also upgraded the design and content of our email blasts – we hope you have seen these new communications. 

You may also have heard that in April 2017 our office will be relocating to One Penn Plaza! 2017 is going to be an exciting year for this organization, so please be sure to check our 2017 events calendar in this issue, including the announcement of the 2017 Annual Pinnacle Awards. We love to hear feedback from our members, so if you have suggestions or comments on our upcoming schedule email me at president@bomany.com.
 
I would also like to take a moment to thank all of our members, sponsors, staff and volunteers for your continued support of BOMA NY. It is because of you that we are able to advocate for the NYC real estate industry and provide leading programs, educational services and resources.
