Odds are, your building is in a Business Improvement District (BID), a not-for-profit set up by the city, and run by boards made up of building owners and other neighborhood merchants and residents, to provide a wide range of services to New York neighborhoods. Those services include beautification and street cleaning, advocacy work, capital improvements, and hosting events. On November 2nd at Club 101 from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m., we are hosting an event to allow BOMA New York members and several BID leaders from midtown and downtown Manhattan to get to know each other better and to discuss how they can work together. Additionally, we will be announcing our new officers and board election results! Click HERE to register.
