On Thursday, October 19th, we hosted our monthly Lunch & Learn titled the Art of Managing Construction Risks. We had the pleasure of hearing from Greenberg Traurig’s National Construction Law Practice Co-Chair Robert Epstein. The event identified four primary risk areas (cost overruns, defects, failures, nonconformities, differing site conditions, and delay) on construction projects and examined how owners can minimize these risks to achieve a successful project.
