HOLIDAY LUNCHEON

The 2021 Holiday Luncheon was attended by 650 CRE professionals at The Ziegfeld Ballroom. The room was filled with smiles, holiday spirit, and optimism for 2022. VIPs included Mark Dukes, Chair of BOMA International, Henry Chamberlain, President and COO of BOMA International; Jack Oehm of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, FDNY Chief Brian Cordasco; and multiple BOMA NY former presidents.
The feel-good event of the year featured the Civic Betterment Award presented to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation; Honorary Life Membership to BOMA NY presented to former BOMA NY presidents, as well as Gail Duke and Lou Trimboli; updates on the BOMA NY Scholarship Program with Gail Duke, and the presentation of six BOMA NY Chair Awards.
The celebration concluded with the oath of office for the new Officers and Board of Directors beginning January 1, 2022.
