INTERNATIONAL TOBY AWARDS:

BOMA New York shined with leadership at the recent BOMA International TOBY Awards Gala in Nashville – the CRE industry’s highest recognition honoring excellence in building management and operations.

Executive Director Emeritus Bobbi McGowan received a Distinguished Service Award from BOMA International Chair Mark Dukes during the Board of Governors Meeting.

James R. Kleeman, was recognized as the “MAC Regional Member of the Year”.

10 Hudson Yards won the “Operating Office Building of the Year (Over 1 Million SF)”.  Owned by Allianz, Related Companies, and Oxford Properties Group; and managed by Related Companies.

11 Madison Avenue won the “Earth Building of the Year”.  Owned by SL Green Realty Corp. and PGIM Real Estate; and managed by SL Green Realty Corp.
