2022 BOMA International CRE Impact Study
We are excited to announce the results of the 2022 BOMA International CRE Impact Study. The survey included responses from more than 1,200 office decision-makers and reveals a renewed commitment to the office environment amid some realignment toward a continuing of hybrid schedules.

Employees and Employers are considerably less far apart on the value of the office environment today, with a preference across the board for 3-4 days in the office. This shift has increased the percentage of tenants who say they would renew their leases now to 72%, up from 38% in 2021.
