Eight new Directors have joined the BOMA/NY Board to provide guidance, leadership and develop new policies and initiatives to benefit the membership and real estate industry. Coming on board this January and serving through the end of 2013 are: Mitchell Grant , Broadway Real Estate Services, LLC; Jessica E. Handy, LEED AP, Newmark Knight Frank; Kevin Lillis, RPA, Fisher Brothers Management Co.; Louis S. Trimboli, RPA/FMA/LEED AP, CB Richard Ellis, Inc., and Kenneth C. Wentworth, RPA, Western Management Corporation. Serving a one-year term is Jack A. Terranova, PE/RPA of Cassidy Turley New York, Inc.
The Association’s Allied and Professional membership categories also have one representative each on the BOMA/NY Board. Newly elected representatives are: John B. Simoni, Esq., of Goetz, Fitzpatrick LLP, who will represent the Professional members and Con Edison Solutions’ Thomas E. Krol, LEED AP, who will represent the Allied members.
