Energy Action Day Master Class Eases Your Way to LL87 Compliance

Why reinvent the wheel complying with the LL87 retro-commissioning and audit requirements when you can benefit from the experience of two of New York’s leading companies who have already, and successfully, filed for early compliance?

Your Energy and Sustainability Committee members have created a seminar for you on Match 7, entitled Master Class: Complying with LL87’s Energy Audits and Retro-commissioning Requirements that will feature two industry leaders sharing what worked, what didn’t, what to avoid, and potential pitfalls when preparing for compliance.

Speaking at this BOMA/NY-only master class, and using real-world compliance examples will be: Jay Black, Director of Sustainability at New York’s largest commercial real estate firm, SL Green Realty Corp. and John Gilbert, the Chief Operating Officers and Executive Vice President of Rudin Management, one of New York’s most renowned owner/managers.

We’ve also invited John Lee, New York City’s Deputy Director, Energy Efficiency and Green Buildings Sustainability, to share the city’s perspective.

The cost is $90 for members and $155 for non-members and includes breakfast. Master Class will begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 10 a.m. and is being held at Club 101 at 101 Park Avenue and 40th Street. We look forward to seeing you there, and if you have not yet received your electronic invitation, contact Sylvester Giustino, Director of Legislative Affairs at sylvester@bomany.com or 212-239-3662.

SPONSOR ALERT: And for those companies that have related products and services, consider a sponsorship for $1,000, which includes two tickets, on-screen display at the seminar and your company’s promotional materials given to every participant in their Master Class packet. Special thanks to these fine sponsors: ABM, CodeGreen, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.; Donnelly Mechanical; Hess, Luthin Associates, Inc.; NYSERDA; Steven Winter Associates, Inc.; and Trinity Real Estate.
