Where will you be on Feb. 13, 2014? Some of the biggest names in New York City real estate will be at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, waiting for the envelopes to be unsealed and the winners revealed at real estate’s biggest night—the BOMA/NY Pinnacle Awards.

Tickets went on sale for this Oscar style event—the best awards ceremony in real estate—this week via electronic invitation. The cost is $450 a head and covers a cocktail reception starting at 6 p.m., full gourmet dinner and ceremony from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and celebration drinks following the close of the show.
