Emerging Leaders New Level of Membership is Available Now
Our new Emerging Leaders program is designed for professionals with less than 5 years experience in commercial real estate, who want the opportunity to broaden their horizons by being part of the BOMA/NY community. The program is open to those working in administrative, property management, and other positions within the commercial real estate industry.
Information about Emerging Leaders Membership:
> Your company must have a Principal membership with BOMA/NY
> Applicant must have less than five years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry
> Applicant must be under the age of 35
> Cost of membership is $175 per year
> Memberships runs January to December
> Emerging Leader receive only local benefits and will not be recognized as a member with BOMA International
Unfortunately, you are ineligible for this membership if you are an existing Principal or an Associate member.
