October 27th - Annual Fall Conference/Leadership Breakfast
Location: Club 101 (101 Park Avenue at 40th Street)
We’re devoting this entire event to the DOB NOW system and its focus on making interactions with the Department of Buildings simpler, more transparent and more efficient. It’s a must-attend event as licensed professionals and owners are now required to use the system—the previous means of requesting inspections by phone, in person or using the old online request portals, are no longer in use. On the agenda will be how the online system will streamline and facilitate greater accuracy in scheduling, improve the ability to track inspections and improve service through standardizing inspector electronic checklists. While panelist details are being worked out, the DOB Commissioner has been invited to keynote the conference.
November 4th - Annual Dinner Dance
Location: Rainbow Room – 30 Rockefeller Plaza
We’re back at the "Top of the Rock" to rock all night long, dancing and dining at the Rainbow Room.
And remember, no black tie—business attire is just fine.
December 9th - Annual Holiday Luncheon
Location: Hyatt Hotel (101 East 42nd Street)
Get ready to be wowed! This year’s Holiday Luncheon promises to deliver both Association tradition—honoring members for their service and our Civic Betterment Award—and eye-popping entertainment through the work of illusionist Collins Key.
