Lunch & Learn: Fire & Water Damage in Commercial Buildings: Clean Up & Claims

BOMA/NY members who attend this lunch & learn session, which has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 19, 2017, will learn about how fire and water damage claims cost the real estate and insurance industries billions of dollars each year. Speakers will discuss with the attendees how to update an organization’s existing disaster plans to effectively deal with the impact that disasters can cause to a portfolio, including what to do and not to do in a crisis when dealing with tenants, staff, claims and reconstruction.
