BOMA BC Bylaw Update

Further to recent legislation, BOMA BC was required to comply with the new Societies Act by November 28, 2018. BOMA BC had a Special General Meeting prior to the November Luncheon to declare ourselves a “member-funded society” and update our bylaws accordingly. The changes will not have an impact on the daily interaction members have with BOMA.
