BOMA BC has embarked on the fourth phase of its Labour Market Strategy in partnership with the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training. This project will implement some of the key strategies identified for our sector during our strategy development stage. The project is being overseen by a Governance Advisory Committee made up of senior representatives from the commercial real estate industry and will be focusing on creating usable tools that will help ensure our industry’s labour market is ready to lead our industry for the next decade and beyond.
