International TOBY winners shone during BOMA International’s Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards presented live via webcast on Thursday, July 9.
The TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive awards of their kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in properties and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competitions, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and “green” policies and procedures.
This awards program recognizes quality in hundreds of communities around the country and internationally, first at the local level, then regional, and culminating in the International awards which are bestowed at the annual BOMA International TOBY Awards presentation.
