We’re thrilled to welcome a new face to the BOMA BC team. Zach Segal started as our new Director of Government Relations on Monday. He will be leading our advocacy efforts, working closely with members to understand the impact legislative and regulatory changes have on your business. He will be representing BOMA BC and our members at stakeholder meetings and managing our new Advocacy Committee.

The province has created an online survey to gain your feedback on how to make buildings more accessible. Share your opinion today and help ensure that the BC Building Code includes changes to make accessibility a top priority in the years to come.
Available now in various languages, the survey will be open for submissions until Jan. 13, 2022.

Vancouver community bike shop and DIY repair centre, Our Community Bikes (OCB), will pick up abandoned bikes from your building(s) ($30/bike — minimum pick up of $250).
Their service includes:
- Cutting any locks
- Recycling poor quality bikes
