 Association News On December 2nd, nearly 𝟳𝟬𝟬 BOMA BC members took to the Hotel Vancouver for our sold-out Christmas Luncheon: Under The Stars!

 BOMA BC is hosting BOMEX and the National BOMA Awards Gala in 2024. As a result, our 2023 Awards Program will be deferred until 2024. We look forward to your submissions!

Government Affairs Earlier this year, the Province unveiled a new tax credit to help you improve your building’s energy efficiency - The Clean Buildings Tax Credit. This is a 5% refundable income tax credit for qualifying retrofits that improve the energy efficiency of eligible commercial buildings.
The Province has released additional information that clarifies how you can certify the retrofit with the Province in a two-step process and ensure you receive your tax credit amount.
