A strategic plan serves as our compass, aligning our vision with actionable goals and empowering us to achieve success together with purpose and clarity.
Developed in partnership with our board and senior staff, BOMA BC's 2024–2026 Strategic Plan reflects insights from member interviews, satisfaction survey results, and benchmarking research. It charts the course for our organization's future over the next three years, and we are proud to share it with you. Our newly launched Decarb Accelerator Program provides hands-on assistance for identifying and reducing GHG emissions and overall building efficiencies – ALL at no cost to the building!
Every building participating in the program will receive a dedicated Decarb Program Manager/Engineer who will work one-on-one with your team to assess and determine what unique support or resources your property and team might need to reduce your energy and carbon emissions. This is an extraordinary opportunity for BOMA to support buildings meaningfully and profoundly through funding from the Federal Government and in partnership with the Zero Emissions Innovation Centre (ZEIC).
