As a membership development professional, I help Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) recruit new members and get them engaged in association activities in their first year. I also help longer serving members navigate the many ways OTLA can help them reach their personal and professional goals. 

I joined CSAE so I could be the best association management professional possible. I utilize CSAE’s full suite of member benefits including professional development, publications and resources, and volunteer opportunities to reach my career goals. I was honoured to be presented with the Donna Mary Shaw Award in 2003. I am currently the chair for Trillium Network awards committee and the Brown Bag committee – a brand new and exciting member benefit for Trillium Network members!
