On Site Placement (OSP) is a not-for-profit that supports thousands of Albertans with disabilities each year. As the CEO, I have the pleasure of leading a dedicated team focused on building an inclusive community by bridging the gap between people with disabilities and employers in the Edmonton area. I truly believe that success for any business starts with its people and culture; inclusion and diversity are my passions. After a long career in the private sector, I’m thrilled to be able to give back to the community in my hometown of Edmonton. Since joining CSAE, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with a diverse set of individuals from many sectors. I’ve found the CSAE membership is incredibly giving and always willing to help!
