The Certified Association Executive (CAE®) program has helped me to hone the financial, business and budgetary strategies at CUTRIC. This has enabled our non-profit corporation to thrive and grow from a one-person show seven years ago to a multi-million-dollar operation now serving the public transit industry nationally with a team of more than 20 full time staff. The module on operational efficiencies and best practices in non-profit human resources development has helped CUTRIC find savings and improve services and products for our members every year as we progress forward as a high-performing non-profit organization in Canada.
