CSAE has been my professional lifeline for more than 30 years. In my early-career years, CSAE provided vital sector-specific education that boosted my competence, knowledge and confidence—and ultimately resulted in earning my CAE®. I also cut my volunteer leader teeth through CSAE’s Trillium network, fast-tracking my real-time learning by working alongside colleagues whose professional experience and wisdom were both a source of know-how and inspiration. Now, in the latter years of my career, I am thrilled to share the gift of CSAE with all 22 members of my team—empowering them to take their place in this dynamic, essential professional community.
