My name is Kim Davies, and I am the Senior Director of Partner Development with Naylor Association Solutions. For 55 years, Naylor has partnered with associations assisting with member engagement and management solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of associations and member-based organizations. 

As a seasoned strategic advisor with over two decades of experience specializing in enhancing member engagement and management solutions for associations, my expertise lies in optimizing value and non-dues revenue streams while ardently supporting associations in achieving their objectives. I thrive on strategically identifying cutting-edge products and tools to enhance the member experience, drive engagement, refine content curation, and boost revenue generation. 

As a CSAE member, I am privileged to engage with the Canadian association industry through both online and in-person events. I have had the honour of introducing speakers, hosting roundtable discussions, and, most recently, leading a session at last year's annual event.
