CSAE Association Agenda
CSAE News

With the federal budget expected to be tabled on April 19th, now is an important time to raise our collective voices and advocate for the continuation of the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS). The CEWS has played a critical role in helping many associations and non-profit organizations mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on their operations and bottom line. Add your voice to this effort by clicking here.

CSAE is thrilled to announce the launch of its Saskatchewan network! This means that CSAE members in Saskatchewan will enjoy enhanced opportunities to connect, learn and benefit from being members of CSAE. The final steps are underway to establish Saskatchewan’s network council, a dedicated group of volunteers that will plan and deliver programming deemed valuable for the regional membership. CSAE is delighted to now have network representation across 10 Canadian provinces.

Not all heroes wear capes, but they walk among us every day! Join CSAE on April 21st for a day of celebration at two distinct Awards events honouring our many champions. Enjoy time for laughter, inspiration and connection (and prizes, too), with emcee Krista Cameron. This happens during National Volunteer Week, so we'll be applauding our many volunteers who contribute their time and talents to CSAE’s pursuit of excellence in the association and nonprofit sector. Thank you for all you do! Everyone is welcome at both events at no charge, but registration is required for each celebration.

  • The fun gets started on April 21st with the 2021 CSAE Trillium Awards, from noon to 1:30 pm EDT. Click to register here.
  • Keep applauding! Celebrations pick up again at 4:30 pm for the 2021 CSAE Leadership Awards. Click to register here.

Associations Connect is a fantastic tool that enables collaboration across the country and helps small organizations like ours learn at an exponential rate! CSAE's bookstore and education events are regular places where I go to learn, connect and engage with professionals. Resources remain relevant and affordable for organizations of all shapes and sizes. Thank you to CSAE for continuing to ensure associations across Canada are equipped to serve their members and constituents in meaningful and impactful ways.
