Applications are currently being accepted for positions on CSAE’s Board of Directors as well as on a number of board committees. The board, made up of highly qualified directors from varied backgrounds, benefits from the contribution of different perspectives and experiences to promote better corporate governance. My name is Chris Nash, and I am currently the executive director of the Pet Food Association of Canada, which is a national industry trade association that represents pet food manufacturers. I have been working in the association world now for 14 years and love it so much that I also consult part-time, working for AMCES, on things related to regulatory affairs, advocacy and managing small associations. I joined CSAE to continue to learn, earn my CAE designation, and get involved when I can. This includes participating in events, on the Associations Connect Forum, and, right now, on the Mighty Ones virtual network. This group is great for leaders of smaller associations to engage with and learn from their peers, generating new ideas and solutions for common challenges.
