Hello, I'm Damien Salamacha, an Association and Marketing Manager at Professional Management Associates, LLC (PMA), a U.S.-based AMC Institute-accredited firm. I manage the Association of Geohazard Professionals and oversee marketing for the International Society of Pharmacometrics at PMA. I joined the CSAE to deepen my knowledge of Association Management, particularly through its courses in the CAE Program. Additionally, I wanted to address the knowledge gaps since I work with smaller associations and sometimes have more marketing-oriented roles.
