CPE Record of Participation Forms

Attendees were able to earn up to 20 CPE Credits total at the 2012 annual international conference. 17 CPE Credits were offered for General Sessions and Education Sessions. An additional three CPE Credits could be earned by participating in the Monday Disney Institute Program. If you are seeking CPE credit please complete your CPE Record of Participation form today and submit to CCBO.

Certificates will be emailed out to all particpants who submit a form.  Those certificates will be sent by November 10, 2012.
