 CCBO Past President Edward DesPlas has received the NACUBO Distinguished Business Officer Award. Mr. DesPlas serves as the Executive Vice Chancellor, Business Affairs for Dallas County Community College District. He will be recognized at the NACUBO 2014 Annual Meeting in Seattle next week.
