Dr. Rufus Glasper
Dr. Glasper will open the 33rd CCBO Annual International Conference on student success. As the CEO of one of the nation’s largest systems of community colleges, Dr. Glasper is leading Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) to address the community’s education and workforce training needs. Dr. Glasper's leadership is built on three pillars: student success, public stewardship, and "ONE Maricopa" - working as a single, collaborative college system while maintaining each college's unique identity. He is known as a staunch advocate for educational access and opportunity and has established inclusiveness, engagement and respect as the guiding principles of his administration.

Dr. Ken Atwater
Last year Dr. Ken Atwater, Chair of the American Association of Community Colleges, provided an overview of the AACC 21st Century Report. Dr. Dale Henry
Dr. Dale Henry grew up in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, an area that is bountiful in two things - hospitality and story-telling. Dr. Dale has been a teacher, principal, Dean of the oldest college in Tennessee, a businessman, author, a speaker and trainer. Dale has been in customer service over half his life. His story-telling ability propelled him as a teacher. This, combined with his customer service and unique ability to captivate audiences, has sky-rocketed Dale in his speaking career.
