CCBO Installs Dr. Tangila Dove as President and the new 2016 Board Members

Charlottesville, VA (October 20, 2015) – CCBO, the premier community college association serving current and future business officers, appointed Dr. Tangila Dove, vice president of college services at Northeast Lakeview College, as 2015-2016 President. 

Libby Argiri, vice president for business at Macomb Community College, was installed to begin her term serving as President Elect. 

Russell Litke, vice president of administrative services at San Juan College, was elected to begin his four-year term on the Executive Committee, beginning as Vice President, Regional Services. 

Sandra Jacquot, assistant controller at North Idaho College, was appointed to serve a two-year term as Treasurer. 

Vicki Gardner, vice president of finance and administration at Kankakee Community College, was installed to serve a three-year term as Member at Large.

Michael Heindl, vice president of administration and finance at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, was elected to a three-year term as Member at Large.

Charlotte Eubank, chief financial officer at Three Rivers Community College, was elected to begin her three-year term as Special Initiatives Member.

Walter Brooks, vice president of finance & operations at Cape Cod Community College, was installed to serve a three-year term as Region 8 Representative.

Jami Van Ess, vice president of business & administrative services at Coconino Community College, completed her year as President and will serve a one-year term as Past President. 

Continuing their terms on the 2015-2016 CCBO Board of Directors: 
  • Keith Houck, retired vice president of operations and finance at Valencia College, serving as Leadership Academy Dean.
  • Joseph DaSilva, vice president of administration and CFO at Springfield Technical Community College, serving as AACC Liaison.
  • Suzette Senn, director of cash management/systems at Midlands Technical College, serving as Awards Committee Chair.
  • Dr. Betsy Summerfield, risk manager at Southwest Virginia Community, serving as Member at Large.
  • Dawn Vinberg, executive director of budget & capital at Seattle Colleges, was re-elected to a second term as Region 1 Representative. 
  • Carole Coleman, vice president for finance and administrative services at Arizona Western College, was re-elected as Region 2 Representative. 
  • Marla Moody, vice chancellor for finance at Ozarks Technical Community College, was re-elected as Region 3 Representative. 
  • David Browning, vice president of business services at El Centro College, serving as Region 4 Representative. 
  • Dr. Judy Mitchell, vice president of administrative services at Joliet Junior College, was re-elected as Region 5 Representative.
  • Chris Murphy, director of finance at Northeast Mississippi Community College, serving as Region 6 Representative.
  • Ian Brice, associate vice president of administrative services at Central Piedmont Community College, serving as Region 7 Representative.
  • Roy Daykin, vice president of finance & administration at Okanagan College, serving as Region 9 Representative.
  • Liz Murphy, CEO at CampusWorks, Inc., serving as Business Partner Member at Large.
