The Westin Mission Hills is the only official CCBO hotel block. CCBO encourages all 2013 Annual Conference attendees and exhibitors to reserve their hotel accommodations through the specialized group website linked from our conference website. We’ve recently received reports that a company called Exhibitor Housing Services and NTA (National Travel Associates) is contacting members and exhibitors, representing themselves as working for CCBO or the Westin Mission Hills, and urging that meeting attendees book their hotel rooms through them. Neither CCBO nor the Westin Mission Hills has made such an arrangement with Exhibitor Housing Services nor NTA. This likely is a scam. If you have already booked a room using an alternate method, please contact the Westin Mission Hill to confirm your reservation is valid. Please disregard any messages from Exhibitor Housing Services or NTA or any other group that may contact you for the same reason. CCBO relies on strong room block usage to secure ample conference meeting space, increase negotiation leverage for future conferences, and offset Annual Conference expenses.
