Using IPD to construct a world-class wastewater treatment plant

To comply with new Canadian environmental wastewater and effluent requirements, the City of Lloydminster, straddling the border of Alberta and Saskatchewan, started planning for a new wastewater treatment facility, which would be the largest and most capital-intensive infrastructure project in the city's history. It would also be the first wastewater treatment facility constructed using IPD in North America.
