The webinars will review the locate submission process and help you understand the ticket fields and software features. The host will go through the web portal step-by-step and attendees can pose questions. These webinars are being held twice weekly, every Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. until the end of March 2020.
Please encourage your employees, colleagues, and contractors to take this training. Once training is completed, contractors can register with the software to create an account and receive their new Customer ID.
