The Executive Committee is pleased to advise that Ken Cain will be joining the Canadian Dam Association as a Technical Coordinator, providing support to the Regulation of Dams Committee and other duties associated with supporting the work of CDA.
Ken has recently retired from the Ontario public service, where he was an enthusiastic supporter of the important role that the CDA plays in advancing dam safety in Canada. Ken brings 35 years of career experience in water management, hydro electric development and dam safety, where Ken led significant water management and dam safety related legislative, regulatory and policy reform within Ontario. Ken is a former Chair of the Regulation of Dams Committee and he looks forward to supporting Committee Chair Mike Noseworthy and the broader work of the CDA.
