A Silent Auction for the Scholarship Fund
In the meantime, during the Conference, a Silent Auction was held with proceeds going to help support the CDA Scholarship Fund.
This year, $1,100 were raised! Thank you to all the sponsors and bidders for supporting the Scholarship Fund.
Every year, the CDA confers several awards to outstanding young professionals and graduate students at either Master or Ph.D levels attending a Canadian university whose program of study focuses on dam safety and/or the management of dams. Proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to the CDA Scholarship Fund, which is entirely devoted to supporting these scholarships.
