Planning Engineer, River Engineering - Calgary, AB - City of Calgary
As a Planning Engineer who is the climate- and hydrology-focused specialist with the team, you will use and develop your climate science and hydrotechnical skills by leading and participating in a wide variety of projects which support river flood resilience, potable water supply, wastewater and stormwater lines of service, as well as climate adaptation and environmental performance objectives. Work within the role will have an emphasis on how our changing climate is affecting our watersheds to inform watershed planning, river engineering, water services and related operations, infrastructure design, and planning policies.
Senior Engineer - Burnaby, BC - Metro Vancouver
The position will coordinate the corporate dam safety management system, and monitor and report on the execution of dam activities for the portfolio of Metro Vancouver dams. You are a professional engineer with superior written and oral communication skills, extensive knowledge and experience in dam safety regulatory activities and best practices, and proven leadership and project management experience.
