Board Nominations Are Coming!

Dear Colleagues,

On June 15, we will be opening nominations for the CDA Board of Directors for the 2024-25 year. The positions that we will be holding elections for are:

• Director-at-Large, ICOLD (incumbent is eligible for a second term)
• Regional Director, British Columbia
• Regional Director, Saskatchewan (incumbent is eligible for a second term)
• Regional Director, Manitoba (incumbent is eligible for a second term)
• Regional Director, Nova Scotia (incumbent is eligible for a second term)
• Regional Director, Newfoundland & Labrador (incumbent is eligible for second term)
• Vice-President, three-year term as Vice-President, President, and Past-President

If you would like to up your support for CDA, please think about whether you’d like to be nominated for one of these positions. 

Serving on the Board is an exciting, rewarding experience, and a challenging one (in a good way). It gives you the opportunity to expand your skills and grow your ability to think about the big picture – things that will be helpful to you in your career. And, of course, you’ll be helping the continued success of CDA.

We will be accepting nominations from June 15 to July 15, but I’m asking you to think about whether you’d like to serve in any of these positions between now and June 15.
