Revisions have recently been made to the BC Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for Mining, as follow up to the Mount Polley tailings dam failure. Further information is available by clicking here.
CDA intends to submit a response during the public comment period, which ends September 30, 2016. Please provide input to the CDA submission by email to miningdams@cda.ca by September 7, 2016.
