In 2017, Canada will celebrate the 150th anniversary of Confederation. To mark this milestone, the Women of Innovation: The Influence of Leading Canadian Female Engineers project aims to recognize and document the experiences and accomplishments of innovative Canadian female engineers who have made a significant contribution to the field of engineering. Project organizers from the University of Waterloo will conduct 20 to 25 in-depth interviews with female engineers which will be condensed and compiled into a peer-reviewed book for publication.
