The CDA would like to thank those members who took time out of their busy schedules to complete our membership survey in February. The response rate was incredible! The CDA received feedback from 370 members, a response rate of 29%!

What are we doing with your feedback?
Member input was needed as the Board of Directors is updating the Association’s strategic plan. Your candid feedback and opinions will help ensure that our strategic plan is focused on matters that are important to the membership and will make a positive difference to the Association's future.
Timelines for the Strategic Plan
On February 26, the CDA Strategic Planning Committee and other CDA committee chairs met in Toronto and worked with CDA’s consultant, Strategic Directions, to review member feedback, as well as identify opportunities and threats to the Association. Members identified a number of strategic initiatives and will be refining those over the next two months. The Strategic Planning Committee will be presenting its initial report to the Board of Directors the end of April.
