Call for Nominations – YP Committee Chair

The Canadian Dam Association Young Professionals Committee is seeking nominations for a chair to serve from October 2020 to October 2022. The deadline for nominations is March 31, 2020.

The role of the chair includes the following:

• Leading monthly YP Committee calls;
• Providing guidance to sub-committees;
• Overseeing ongoing initiatives;
• Helping to organize local events;
• Managing the annual budget;
• Providing annual board reports; and
• Recruitment of new young professionals to the committee.

CDA members are encouraged to circulate this information to their networks and to think of potential candidates for the role.

Interested individuals should send a 200-word expression of interest letter to young.professionals@cda.ca
