Members and non-members should register now for the CDA virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM). In order to register, login to your profile through the CDA website.
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation notice from the system. The specific details and instructions for logging in on October 6 will be provided on October 5. Please mark October 6, 13h00 Eastern Daylight Time in your calendar after you register.
Why should you attend?
For the first time in CDA’s history, the AGM will be held virtually, allowing individuals from around the world to attend. The Board of Directors will provide an overview of the 2019-2020 membership year and plans for CDA’s future with the unveiling of the new three-year strategic plan. In addition, a special video will be shown announcing the 2020 CDA award winners and scholarship recipients.
Please check over the next week as more documents are being added included the 2019-2020 Annual Report.
Simultaneous Interpretation
The Annual General Meeting will be held in English with simultaneous interpretation into French.

Make sure you download a proxy form from the CDA website, sign it and email it to executive.director@cda.ca.
Only Members in Good Standing are Eligible to Vote
When you login to your profile to register for the AGM, please check to make sure your membership is current. If you are uncertain, you can check by clicking the “my participation” tab in your profile to see if there are any outstanding membership invoices.
While non-members can attend the AGM, they are not allowed to vote. If you are not currently a member and wish to become a member, please purchase a membership through the CDA Shop for $90. To find out more about membership, click here.
