Past President – Michael Lacatus

For the past few months I tried to compile information and various suggestions about our recent annual conference; these were all received via the new evaluation forms.

In total we got back 72 evaluations, out of which 43 had a wealth of subtle or sometimes not so subtle comments and suggestions.

As a group we pay the same level of attention to praising as well as criticizing comments; it is our collective opinion that the combination of all this information will help us move forward and continue to deliver a well-organized and well-received annual conference.

Out of all these comments, a few will soon be integrated in our next year's conference format. The executive group and I are looking at rekindling the workshops and we will make every possible effort to organize two very interesting events.

Next year is our Constitution Amendments year and I encourage everyone to read over the Constitution with the hope of suggesting changes that may place our organization in a much better professional and legal position.

I would like to end this very abbreviated report by wishing all our members and their families a very safe and happy holiday season.
