GAMMA Chapter Report

The Gamma Chapter meeting was held March 24, 2011 at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Agenda items included yearly competency testing (what do we need?) and constitutional changes. We also asked members if they have any suggestions for future meeting topics.

We are still planning to have our next meeting at the Kingston General Hospital when their renovations have been completed. This visit will be done as a Virtual Tour by Lori McGuire to ensure all chapter members will have the opportunity to see the new design. Sheryl Baker, Manager, Central Processing Services will be in touch to set up the tour.

The Gamma Chapter course for 2010-2011 had 81 students with an average of 88%. The next course for 2011-2012 will be held in at The Ottawa Hospital, General Campus.
