The CSAO Constitution is reviewed and amended every two years. Please take the time to review our current constitution and consider necessary changes. The link to our constitution is:

To propose a change to the constitution please complete the form found on our website at this link:

Be sure to include the Article and Section number of the Constitution as well as the page number it is on. This form must then be sent into the CSAO office no later than January 16, 2015.

This year, the Annual General Meeting will take place on May 21, 2015 at 5:00 pm (EST) via OTN Teleconference. This will allow all members the opportunity to participate in the meeting along with the opportunity to vote on proposed constitutional changes. More information will follow on how you can participate in the OTN Annual General Meeting.
