Many members have displayed great interest in relation to the CSAO ‘Online’ store. Since we are now known as the ‘Medical Device Reprocessing Association of Ontario’ (MDRAO), the Executive will now discuss what changes will be necessary to promote our new name on clothing, articles, etc. This is an exciting time for CSAO and its members because of this restyle, and hope everyone will promote our organization to colleagues and friends. We will keep you posted as events occur.

Another exciting event is CSAO’s upcoming September Conference in Toronto titled ‘Partnering for Success: Raising the Bar in MDR.’ My colleague Chris Sherlock and I encourage all of our members to attend this educational affair to network with peers and exchange ideas. It is a great way to remain ‘connected’ with MDR technicians throughout Ontario.

Also, Chris and I appreciate any feedback/suggestions/ideas in relation to future Newsletter content, articles, etc. Your input is greatly appreciated!
