2016 is proving to be an exciting memorable year for MDRAO. In the few short months since the start of 2016 we now have a new name, new logo, new website address and new e-mail address. It is a great time to become involved. Consider becoming actively involved in your Chapter activities and executive committee. This involvement will provide you opportunities to network with like-minded MDR professionals participate in continuing education opportunities and develop leadership skills.

This is an election year and the deadline for submission of nominations is now closed and the election process is complete. Congratulations to Rohan Jagasar who has been elected to the Board of Directors Vice President position. Rohan brings with him vast knowledge and experience in MDR as well as experience teaching MDR college level programs. This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is being held via Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) on Thursday May 26, 2016 at 5:00 pm EST. Contact your Chapter President to find out the location of your Chapters host site or contact your OTN Coordinator to reserve your Telehealth suite to attend the AGM on May 26th.
