ETA Chapter March 2025 Report

In December 2024, Lystra Shah resigned from the ETA Chapter Executive. This vacancy has prompted the chapter executives to change positions, leaving the Secretary/Treasurer position vacant. A nomination form has been sent out for members to nominate their candidate. Members should send completed forms to the MDRAO office.

MDRAO ETA Chapter executives organized an early dinner and networking event on January 25, 2025. We had positive responses as soon as the invites were sent and about 30 members joined the gathering. Jonathan Laceda, in charge of education from Pentax, answered a few questions from members about flexible scopes. Ryan Acayan also attended. Members enjoyed karaoke, singing along their favorite tunes. The event ended late in the evening with satisfied members.

ETA executives are hoping to organize another event, such as a vendor site visit.
