ETA CHAPTER – FALL REPORT
It has been a little over a month since our annual conference; leafs changed color, the outside temperature dropped but the event is still vivid in our minds.
This year the ETA Chapter was able to sponsor 20 members who, after attending this two day event, had the opportunity to share their experience with colleagues and peers.
Based on the individual evaluations received at the end of the Conference, most everyone enjoyed the Conference and were looking forward to next year’s event.
As we all know the new membership year started on June 1, 2011; unfortunately, however so far we only have 60 members who renewed their membership.
In the past, ETA Chapter used to have the highest number of members in the province but we are now in third place with only 60 registrations.
I truly hope that our present and past members will be able to share with their colleagues the membership benefits and encourage everyone to become a member.
The chapter executive group is also planning our next chapter meeting and it looks as if December 7, 2011 will be the best day for us to meet.
Details of this very exciting meeting and location will be made available soon.
All the best to you and your families.
