This year’s Annual CSAO Conference which focused on ‘Taking it to the Top’ proved to be a huge success! I have received positive feedback throughout the province in relation to the conference mobile app, our first CSAO member’s survey which was sent to each member by Chris Sherlock (Director of Communications) and the website. Each member proved that geography does not need to be a barrier when it comes to communication and membership networking. Due to member ‘passion’ in keeping abreast on the latest standards and promoting the profession of reprocessing , other disciplines are becoming more aware in realizing that patient safety is and always will be our number one priority.
